The dredging industry is a major consumer of spare parts.
Especially for this industry, and in close collaboration with its subsidiary Société des Fonderies Tréveray, TRECAR patented material has been developed.
Trecar is a patent developed and marketed exclusively by the company Société des Fonderies de Tréveray (SFT).
Trecar is a bimetal moulded product used in the manufacture of pipe elements for the transport of slurries or abrasive materials (especially in the dredging industry).
Trecar is composed of a cast iron liner with a hardness of 52-60 HRC and a low alloyed carbon steel envelope.
