A new production unit

Aciéries Hachette & Driout decided to build a new foundry to meet the market requirements.

This new foundry has been officially inaugurated on December 11th 2008.

The investment is 12 million Euros and by 2009, the new foundry will produce an extra 3000 tonnes in the first year with a weight range from 300 kg to a max. of 2000 kg at very competitive delivery times of about 15 days.

Due to the requirements of the growing Global markets, the new foundry will be able to provide improved productivity and maintain its high quality standards.
