Inspection
The metallurgical laboratory checks the composition and mechanical properties of steel. It is equipped with the following tools :
* Spectrometer
* Counting of ferrite rate (ferritoscope)
* Intergranular corrosion test
* Micrographie and macrographie testing
* Tensile test
* Charpy test
* Hardness Test (Brinell - Vickers)
Throughout the manufacturing process, parts are controlled to ensure compliance with the requirements of our customers. AHD is equipped with all necessary tools :
* Magnetoscopie
* Radiography (Gamma and Cobalt sources)
* Ultrasons
* Dye Penetrant Inspection
* Dimensionnal checking 3D and measurement arm
