Fettling
Our production units are equipped with optimized sand-blasting and shot-blasting cabins as well as welding booth. We can carry-out sand-blasting of parts up to 20 tons and shot-blasting up to 10 tons.
Heat-treatment
Our furnaces are customized for the optimized heat-treatment of austenitic or austeno-ferritic duplex stainless steels as well as carbon or low alloyed steels. We guarantee the temperature homogeneity of our furnaces as well as a monitored transfert time to the quenching tanks. Thanks to the automatic controls, we manage as well the cooling times.
